Anforderungen
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably within consumer goods, retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environment
- Experience leading warehouse operations and people across multiple countries or locations, including directly operated and outsourced facilities
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets, validating 3PL and freight invoices, evaluating cost-to-serve, and identifying savings opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to establish operational KPIs and convert performance data into clear priorities, root-cause analysis, and measurable improvement plans
- Fluent English and excellent stakeholder management skills
Aufgaben
- Manage relationships with 3PL and warehousing partners
- Ensure strong SLA performance and service levels
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment
- Support manufacturing site in Ireland
- Develop and execute freight and distribution strategies
- Lead carrier negotiations and freight tenders
- Optimize logistics costs
- Drive inventory accuracy and operational excellence
- Monitor logistics performance using data-driven KPIs
- Act as regional escalation point for logistics issues
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and IT
- Ensure efficient end-to-end operations
- Support business growth
