  • •Minimum of 7 years’ experience in legal operations or administration in an in-house legal department or equivalent

  • •Manage IATA's legal department systems and procedures
  • •Oversee the contract tool and legal matter management system
  • •Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team
  • •Lead the Legal Operations and Administration team
  • •Ensure team performance aligns with IATA's strategic objectives
  • •Manage the Legal Ops and Admin team
  • •Collaborate with Directors of Legal Services and General Counsel on improvements
  • •Implement change management initiatives across Legal Workstreams
  • •Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders interacting with legal processes
  • •Build relationships with external law firms' legal operations teams and vendors
  • •Manage and review technology for contract tools and matter management systems
  • •Lead projects to enhance efficiency in legal service delivery
