In this role, you will design and manage cybersecurity training and awareness programs, fostering a culture of vigilance across the aviation industry. Your efforts will help reduce security risks and promote safe digital practices among all stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in cybersecurity, education, or related field, or equivalent experience
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in education, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity training
• •Proven track record in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Strong understanding of threat actor motivations, attack vectors, and cyber kill chain models
• •Experience in or with the aviation industry is highly desirable

• •Report training metrics to senior leadership and regulators
• •Support incident response readiness through targeted education
• •Advocate for a cybersecurity-conscious culture organization-wide
• •Ensure a consistent voice across cybersecurity initiatives
