Anforderungen

  • Strategic thinking, hands-on execution, digital craftsmanship
  • 5-8+ years digital B2B marketing experience (SaaS, analytics, aerospace, or technology-driven industries)
  • Proven success building engaging digital strategies
  • Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics tools, paid media, Martech ecosystems
  • Ability to manage/optimize websites, improve technical content, drive pipeline growth
  • Deep analytical skills, data-driven approach (testing, optimization, insights)
  • Strong leadership skills, team/partner mentoring experience
  • Experience coordinating SDR workflows or demand-to-SDR handover (plus)
  • Innovative, self-driven, comfort in fast-paced global organization
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages (plus)

  • Drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Execute Marketing Activation, Brand, Digital Strategy, and Sales Ops responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure digital activities align with corporate strategy, Growth Marketing objectives, and regional needs.
  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel strategies for commercial and governmental buyers.
  • Own and optimize all digital channels (paid, owned, earned) for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Coach Junior Social Media Marketing Manager on channel operations, campaign execution, and performance.
  • Oversee SDR Manager and channel push strategy.
  • Manage lead routing, qualification standards, and follow-up sequences.
  • Ensure seamless channel-to-SDR handover.
  • Improve funnel velocity across all business lines.
  • Own, manage, and continuously improve the global Spire website.
  • Ensure UX and content align with digital acquisition strategy.
  • Improve conversion paths across commercial and government journeys.
  • Support product launches and high-value landing pages.
  • Establish a performance-driven roadmap and operational cadence.
  • Define and monitor digital excellence KPIs with SalesOps.
  • Extract insights from data.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Increase demand capture.
  • Deliver measurable pipeline impact across markets.
  • Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns and government programs.
  • Manage and improve HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email journeys, and lead scoring.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (search, display, LinkedIn, retargeting).
  • Execute SEO optimizations, technical fixes, and structural enhancements.
  • Create and test email journeys and nurture sequences.
  • Run A/B tests for messaging, CTAs, layouts, and creative.
  • Publish and maintain digital content with Brand & Content.
  • Coach team on digital best practices and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Activation, Brand, SalesOps, Sales, IT, Compliance, and regional field teams.
  • Ensure digital marketing supports all lifecycle stages.
  • Lead cross-functional digital initiatives.
  • Act as subject-matter expert for digital and channel topics.
  • Guide stakeholders through influence and expertise.
  • Support team members through results-driven direction.
