- Capability to standardize purchasing and sales terms
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions
- Strong project management skills, including functional leadership
- High affinity to legal tech tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in German and English
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Structured and analytical thinking

- Establish and maintain global legal standards and policies
- Standardize legal counseling and advice
- Manage and negotiate contracts independently
- Identify and analyze legal risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation solutions
- Lead project management, including planning and execution
- Conduct training sessions and workshops in German and English
- Recommend and analyze legal technology needs
- Lead strategic legal initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management
