- Participate in the evolution of contract models with legal team
- Conduct legal research for internal projects and client needs
- Develop and update procedures and regulatory databases
- Contribute to fund operations, including board resolutions and auditor contact
- Educate operational staff on legislative and regulatory changes
- Monitor regulatory developments and analyze foreign regulations
