Aufgaben
- Support customers in implementing talent management processes
- Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning projects
- Develop practical solutions for personnel development and learning
- Manage and control technical streams with project management
- Contribute HR expertise to technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions and document processes
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- Assist in preparing customer quotations
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues
- Transfer knowledge to team members
- Mentor young professionals
- Continuously train hard and soft skills
