- •Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- •Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation or comparable experience
- •Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- •Experience in project work and consulting
- •Knowledge of HR processes and SF Variable Pay
- •Affinity for modern cloud technologies
- •Flexibility and willingness to travel
- •Interest in open and constructive cooperation

- •Develop practical compensation solutions based on best practices
- •Manage and control your own project stream
- •Collaborate closely with project management
- •Apply in-depth HR expertise to complex technical requirements
- •Implement technical solutions and structured documentation
- •Introduce SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules
- •Prepare and conduct workshops in German and English
- •Lead training courses for customers
- •Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
- •Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- •Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- •Support colleagues with complex technical issues
- •Actively transfer knowledge and mentor young professionals
- •Continuously develop your hard and soft skills
