- Knowledge of other SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience in project work and consulting
- Knowledge of HR processes and SF Variable Pay
- Affinity for modern cloud technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical compensation solutions based on best practices
- Manage and control your own project stream
- Collaborate closely with project management
- Apply in-depth HR expertise to complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions and structured documentation
- Introduce SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules
- Prepare and conduct workshops in German and English
- Lead training courses for customers
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues with complex technical issues
- Actively transfer knowledge and mentor young professionals
- Continuously develop your hard and soft skills
