Anforderungen

  • •Law degree (German first and second state examination)
  • •Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles
  • •Proficiency in compliance areas including sanctions, anti-corruption, criminal and data protection law
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English
  • •Ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly
  • •Commitment to value-based compliance advisory and enforcement
  • •Ability to demonstrate sound and independent judgement
  • •Good analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • •Value-based driven with ability to excel in a dynamic environment

  • •Enhance compliance through policy enforcement
  • •Assist with governance matters and related initiatives

  • •Provide guidance to compliance officers
  • •Coordinate community management for compliance
  • •Offer compliance advice on sanctions and anti-corruption
  • •Advise on criminal and data protection law
  • •Coordinate the global compliance training and awareness program
