Anforderungen

  • •Law degree (German first and second state examination)
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of experience in compliance roles
  • •Proficiency in compliance
  • •Additional qualifications or regulatory experience in data privacy law
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English
  • •Ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly
  • •Additional languages are a plus
  • •Commitment to value-based compliance advisory and enforcement

Aufgaben

  • •Support the development of the global compliance strategy
  • •Implement and execute compliance strategies for the Coatings division
  • •Develop and enforce compliance policies and processes
  • •Assist with governance matters and related initiatives
  • •Collaborate with compliance officers across legal entities
  • •Provide guidance to compliance officers
  • •Coordinate community management for compliance
  • •Offer compliance advice on sanctions, anti-corruption, and data protection law
  • •Support the global training and awareness program for compliance
