Aufgaben
- Design and maintain scalable network, identity, and endpoint infrastructure
- Manage and enhance the MDM landscape for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Oversee patch and lifecycle management for all devices
- Implement automation and workflows across Google Workspace, Okta, Zscaler, and Atlassian
- Troubleshoot complex 2nd and 3rd level technical issues
- Support IT projects, migrations, and system rollouts
- Strengthen security, monitoring, and alerting systems
- Ensure infrastructure reliability and compliance
- Collaborate across departments to align IT solutions with business needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and guidelines
