- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network-related problems
- Monitor and administer systems like Microsoft Defender
- Manage IT systems using JumpCloud
- Provision devices and manage security policies
- Maintain secure connectivity and office networks
- Update and back up the WordPress website
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and software plans
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence
- Optimize the Google Workspace environment
- Create clear IT documentation and configuration records
- Maintain inventory, contracts, and billing information
