- Recruit and onboard insurance broker partners
- Manage relationships with new and existing brokers
- Serve as the primary contact for broker accounts
- Ensure broker satisfaction and alignment with company goals
- Support partners from drafting contracts to closing deals
- Develop and deliver presentations and webinars
- Enhance broker effectiveness with resources
- Present solutions at trade fairs and events
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
