Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Several years of institutional sales, B2B sales, or financial solutions sales experience
- Ideal experience in FinTech, investment banking, asset management, capital markets, or financial data
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong network within institutional financial markets (plus)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hunter mentality
- Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused
Aufgaben
- Win new business by acquiring institutional clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identify and pursue high-value commercial opportunities
- Present and position Solactive’s solutions to clients
- Lead the full sales cycle
- Work closely with internal teams to bring solutions to market
