Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Internships or initial experience in financial markets
- Exposure to institutional clients (advantageous)
- Strong interest in institutional sales, financial products, capital markets
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Confident and professional interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with strong drive to achieve targets
- Strong drive to develop career in sales
- Proactive, persistent, and resilient
- Strong organizational skills

- Good command of English

- Research potential institutional clients
- Identify institutional clients across banks, asset managers, asset owners, pension funds, and insurance companies
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads
- Identify new business opportunities
- Maintain client information in Salesforce
- Update client information in Salesforce
- Assist with proposal preparation
- Assist with offer preparation
- Assist with contract coordination
- Contribute ideas to sales strategies
- Contribute insights to sales strategies
- Contribute ideas to growth initiatives
