- Assess project dependencies, impact, and strategic fit

- Develop and enhance project management standards
- Coach and provide technical guidance to project managers
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives
- Implement and optimize systems (e.g., Clarity)
- Conduct agile pilots and portfolio reporting
- Drive capability and process transformation
- Deliver measurable business impact
- Optimize processes and systems within I2L framework
- Contribute to strategic development of innovation architecture
- Represent Innovation Management in interdisciplinary committees
- Participate in strategic working groups
