Aufgaben
- Join the global Integrated Business Planning team
- Implement integrated business planning in Dr. Oetker markets
- Manage internal and external resources for the program
- Ensure project success through goal-oriented project management
- Collaborate with local teams to implement Integrated Business Planning
- Support the implementation of strategic and operational planning processes
- Prepare, execute, and document multinational implementations
- Report on program progress to overall program management
- Manage project and change management for roll-out projects
- Maintain continuous local stakeholder management
- Link local markets with international departments
- Generate solution approaches to improve rollout and operational performance
