Aufgaben
- Conduct user research with UX and Product Management
- Perform interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Promote user-centered design principles internally
- Drive projects from ideation to serial production
- Create sketches, 3D models, and renderings
- Develop prototypes and design mock-ups
- Monitor design trends and emerging robotics technologies
- Research and apply new manufacturing methods
- Develop a consistent, brand-aligned design language
- Collaborate with global R&D departments on implementation
- Provide design guidance throughout the development process
- Lead and inspire the industrial design team
- Manage project schedules and internal resources
- Oversee external supplier deliverables and reviews
- Coordinate project management with the Head of Design
- Build a high-quality design culture and output
