- 8+ years relevant HR experience, including HRBP level in multinational, matrix organisation
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and local HR practices
- Experience working with works councils / employee representatives
- Manage multiple senior stakeholders in complex environment
- Comfortable working within CoE model, partnering with global HRBP communities and shared services
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, pragmatic and solution-focused mindset
- High political awareness and ability to navigate organisational complexity
- Collaborative approach—able to connect people, teams, and expertise to resolve issues effectively
- Experience supporting Corporate Functions or similarly structured environments is advantageous
- Right to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Act as key HR contact for Corporate Function leaders
- Provide practical, day-to-day support to employees
- Ensure effective HR operations across the employee lifecycle
- Guide stakeholders through complex HR topics
- Connect stakeholders with Centres of Excellence and HR experts
- Collaborate with global HRBPs, CoEs, and specialist teams
- Build trusted relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
- Balance perspectives and priorities among stakeholders
- Apply political awareness and organizational understanding
- Navigate sensitive topics effectively
- Ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation
- Work confidently with works councils and employee representative bodies
- Support talent, performance, and organizational processes
- Use data and insights for pragmatic decision-making
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared accountability
- Focus on operational delivery and execution
