Anforderungen
- Graduate degree, preferably PhD in health economics, Medicine (MD), public health, pharmacy
- Several years pharma industry experience in HEOR, PRO consulting or payer authorities
- Multiple years direct experience in HTA & PRO evaluations for regulatory/health authorities
- Conducting non-interventional studies and RWE programs
- Demonstrated experience successful regulatory, reimbursement negotiations for new products
- Proven track record delivering value demonstration materials for patient access
- Proven ability appraising clinical evidence (RCTs and operational)
- Profound knowledge formulating COA strategies, validation, administration, statistical analyses
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Long-term pharma industry experience in health economics, pricing, reimbursement, consulting, or payer authorities
- Several years exposure to international business
- Strong track record in value generation, demonstration and/or communication
- Highly experienced conducting health economics/outcomes research across multiple disciplines
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute HEOR & PRO strategies
- Demonstrate medical and economic payer-relevant needs
- Generate evidence for market access and HTA assessments
- Ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary listing
- Inform development of Target Product Profile (TPP)
- Develop clinical development plan for pipeline compounds
- Ensure patient-reported outcome (PRO) measurement strategies
- Capture patient perspective in clinical trial programs
- Interact with regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with other functions
- Develop key HEOR deliverables
- Create payer value stories
- Develop payer engagement tools
- Construct economic models
- Conduct retrospective database analyses
- Perform indirect comparisons
- Gather real-world evidence data
- Maintain partnerships with payers
- Collaborate with academic research institutions
- Work with contract research organizations
- Engage with HEOR thought leaders
- Define long-term global development strategies
- Draft long-term publication strategies
