Anforderungen
- Degree in pharmacy, health economics, medicine, natural science, economics, or public health (ideally with PhD)
- Experience and profound understanding of health sector and health political framework (patented pharmaceuticals, AMNOG process, pharma pricing)
- Distinct problem-solving skills with strategic overview
- Profound health political knowledge and medical/pharmaceutical basic understanding
- Highly developed social and communicative skills, willingness to cope with changing environmental conditions
- Longterm experience and profound understanding of health sector and health political framework (patented pharmaceuticals, AMNOG process, pharma pricing)
- Strategic foresight and ability to think beyond borders (international trends in pricing of patented therapies)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, advanced influencing skills, ability to align pricing and access objectives

- Implement price strategies for pipeline, launch, and market products
- Prepare and participate in price negotiations
- Analyze legal framework and price outcomes
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Coordinate long-term planning processes
- Create pricing scenarios with well-founded rationales
- Ensure optimal pricing strategies and outcomes
- Maintain overview of pricing-relevant aspects
- Develop complex pricing strategies with stakeholders
- Support negotiators in developing negotiation strategies
- Manage price assumptions and rationales
- Collaborate with Pricing & Reimbursement Managers
