- •Deep experience in solution sales
- •Understanding of solution-related business processes
- •Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- •Ability to understand macro-level business IT needs
- •5+ years of sales experience within complex software solutions
- •Comprehensive knowledge about regulatory frameworks
- •Experience establishing trusted relationships with clients
- •Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
- •Ability to communicate complex issues simply
- •Ability to forge strong business relationships
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Experience in leveraging AI in work processes
- •Regional travel required up to 50%
- •Fluency in English and a local language
