- 5+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or analytical role experience
- Ideally high-growth or subscription-based business experience
- Consulting or investment banking backgrounds welcome with modeling ownership
- Proven ownership of company-level revenue/topline model
- Deep familiarity with subscription metrics
- Experience simplifying or rebuilding complex legacy models
- Hypothesis-driven mindset
- Ability to defend views with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate stakeholder input into scalable model structures
- Model output designed for management and Board audiences
- Expert in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with planning tools (Pigment a plus)
- Experience with cloud-based finance systems
- SQL is a strong plus
- Python, R, or BI tools welcome
- Confident with financial statements
- Confident with accounting principles
- Able to link revenue drivers to P&L outcomes
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus
- Willingness to apply even if not meeting all requirements

- Design and maintain company topline revenue model
- Ensure forecast accuracy
- Redesign revenue modeling landscape for scalability and auditability
- Integrate subscription economics into planning
- Lead scenario and what-if modeling for budgeting
- Translate business questions into quantified options
- Drive alignment on KPI definitions across departments
- Contribute to company-wide KPI glossary
- Deliver revenue insights for Board materials
- Provide revenue analysis for investor reporting
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Monetization
- Assess pricing decisions and growth cases
- Evaluate ROI for various initiatives
- Set modeling standards within FP&A
- Mentor junior analysts
- Automate recurring planning and reporting workflows
- Leverage planning tools and AI solutions
