- Own the end-to-end monthly reporting process
- Prepare topline performance updates
- Manage consolidated management P&L statements
- Manage consolidated Cash Flow statements
- Lead the annual budgeting process
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles
- Perform regular data health checks between backend systems and Looker
- Identify discrepancies to ensure reporting is bulletproof
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic projects
- Maintain and update financial views within LucaNet
- Ensure accounting postings are correctly reflected in LucaNet
- Ensure reporting structure meets management needs
- Participate in senior leadership meetings
- Provide technical financial context in meetings
- Answer detailed questions regarding performance and KPIs
