Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years professional experience in ETF Sales
- CFA or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of the financial market in Germany & Austria
- Knowledge of consultative selling skills
- Good working knowledge of the investment industry
- Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills
- Desire and ability to network and leverage opportunities
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and build internal networks
- Results focused and a self-starter
- Strong team player with initiative
Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients and prospects
- Achieve sales and client retention targets
- Manage all activities throughout the sales process
- Raise awareness of investment capabilities through targeted prospecting
- Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings
- Send targeted mailings and host seminars
- Attend industry conferences to promote services
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics in Germany
- Support B2B sales relationships with key accounts
- Plan and execute strategic B2B sales activities
- Share market insights and client intelligence across the organization
- Maintain accuracy of prospect information in the CRM system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and improve sales and marketing materials
- Participate in the product launch pipeline for ETFs
