In this role, you will serve as the ambassador for Franklin Templeton's ETF business in Germany and Austria, actively engaging with clients and prospects while driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics, or equivalent work experience
- •7+ years professional experience in ETF Sales
- •CFA or equivalent qualification
- •Strong understanding of the financial market in Germany & Austria
- •Knowledge of consultative selling skills
- •Good working knowledge of the investment industry
- •Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills
- •Desire and ability to network and leverage opportunities
- •Ability to navigate complex organisations and build internal networks
- •Results focused and a self-starter
- •Strong team player with initiative

- •Act as a trusted adviser to clients and prospects
- •Achieve sales and client retention targets
- •Manage all activities throughout the sales process
- •Raise awareness of investment capabilities through targeted prospecting
- •Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings
- •Send targeted mailings and host seminars
- •Attend industry conferences to promote services
- •Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics in Germany
- •Support B2B sales relationships with key accounts
- •Plan and execute strategic B2B sales activities
- •Share market insights and client intelligence across the organization
- •Maintain accuracy of prospect information in the CRM system
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- •Develop and improve sales and marketing materials
- •Participate in the product launch pipeline for ETFs
