Aufgaben
- Deploy and embed EHS policies and procedures
- Perform workplace and specific risk assessments
- Conduct risk assessments for ionising radiation, ergonomics, manual handling, driver safety, fire protection, PPE, biological agents, and chemical safety
- Oversee EHS for commercial and field-based operations
- Provide EHS leadership for sales and service employees
- Manage EHS for R&D site in Munich
- Develop and implement key EHS risk programs
- Ensure EHS programs comply with regulations and Medtronic standards
- Support EMEA and Corporate EHS strategies and initiatives
- Submit periodic EHS performance reports
- Develop and implement EHS improvement plans
- Lead workplace risk assessments
- Coordinate EHS training for existing and new employees
- Facilitate EHS engagement through committee meetings and communication
- Report EHS incidents and metrics
- Investigate EHS incidents and root causes
- Cooperate with external agencies
- Partner with sub-regions, business units, and functions
- Promote a positive EHS culture
- Support environmental sustainability activities
