Aufgaben
- Implement Health & Safety Management System
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements
- Guide offices and colleagues on H&S and compliance
- Work proactively with H&S delegates to promote safe working culture
- Implement Health and Safety Policy consistently
- Monitor and evaluate H&S policy and practice
- Review and recommend new H&S policies and procedures
- Assess local H&S activities and non-conformances
- Respond to client questionnaires on H&S
- Schedule and coordinate client audits
- Prepare for client audits on-site
- Authorize local H&S SOPs
- Liaise with local H&S consultants
- Advise on implementing local regulations
- Develop and conduct H&S training
- Identify, assess, and manage hazards and risks
- Investigate and follow up on accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Report incidents to the Health & Safety Authority
- Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of office buildings and equipment
- Foster H&S performance through continual improvement
- Prevent incidents and nonconformities
- Promote positive H&S culture
