- Strong analytical skills and ability to convert application insight and technology trends into practical equipment solutions
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary technical work from concept to prototype, communicate with senior stakeholders, and create clarity in emerging technology field
- Passion for shaping semiconductor manufacturing future by enabling integrated photonics for AI data-centers and high-performance computing applications
