- Capital Project Management in Pharma manufacturing facilities
- Experience in GMP manufacturing, LEAN, Automation, construction
- Capacity to achieve results and influence people
- Ability to work from long distances with little supervision
- Good judgment in decision making without constant management approval
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to influence personnel and organizations without direct administrative responsibility
- Competency in foreign language(s)
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent technical certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and be an agent for change
Aufgaben
- Lead teams to deliver large, business-critical projects
- Manage projects with budgets over $1Bn USD
- Collaborate with Lilly and non-Lilly professionals
- Ensure project safety from conceptual design to operational qualification
- Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
- Facilitate issue resolution and anticipate scope changes
- Implement projects with quality, speed, and value
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop safety and environmental execution plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
- Maintain safety and environmental standards for project personnel
- Ensure compliance for contractors and subcontractors
