- Manage on-site R&D and QA/RA functions
- Serve as General Manager and legal director for both locations
- Develop and execute campus strategy aligned with GQO priorities
- Ensure long-term operational capability and business resilience
- Deliver world-class performance in Quality, Service, Cost, Delivery, and Safety
- Drive manufacturing excellence through continuous improvement and innovation
- Implement strategic capital investments for advanced manufacturing
- Oversee new product introductions in partnership with R&D and leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial commitments
- Foster a high-performance culture of trust and accountability
- Establish clear vision and direction for campus leadership
- Build organizational capability through talent management and development
- Ensure manufacturing capacity and supply continuity
- Drive productivity improvements and cost reductions
- Partner across the campus and global organization for shared resources
