In this role, you will drive the creative development of innovative footwear concepts, collaborating with various teams to ensure brand relevance and storytelling. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading projects, managing creative resources, and presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •IT skills: Outlook, Miro, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• •Design skills: Sketching, 2D software, 3D software, 3D renders software, Scripting
• •Strong visual and verbal skills
• •Art direction of photoshoots and pre-press reviews
• •Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• •Under-graduate level design education or combination thereof
• •Solid education and advanced experience in creative development
• •At least 5 years of experience in sporting goods/fashion industry or design related industry
• •Proven experience with the entire design process
• •Passion for adidas and its mission
• •Passion for sports, culture, design

Aufgaben

• •Lead creative development for concepts across multiple athlete and consumer touchpoints
• •Develop concepts and creative strategies based on category and concept briefs
• •Collaborate with Creative Direction and category for holistic storytelling
• •Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer and brand relevance
• •Execute creative strategies for end-to-end excellence in events and categories
• •Direct creative resources like agencies and freelancers for execution
• •Review and approve production stages of creative execution
• •Maximize results within budget and time constraints
• •Contribute to annual and long-term Creative Direction strategies
• •Present and communicate creative solutions to various stakeholders
• •Identify improvement opportunities and initiate proposals or projects
• •Seek out new design resources for world-class results
