In this role, you will collaborate with an international design team to create innovative apparel for tennis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing products, presenting ideas, and ensuring smooth communication across teams to bring your creative vision to life.

Anforderungen

• •Passion for design of high performance apparel
• •High level of creativity
• •Strong knowledge of product design
• •Strong presentation and communication skills
• •Good knowledge of product development, materials, and processes for assigned product range
• •Knowledge and use of Macintosh design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• •Bachelor degree in relevant design field (e.g. Product, Industrial)
• •3 years of practical experience in apparel design

Aufgaben

• •Design market-ready products for assigned projects
• •Develop creative solutions within the assigned category
• •Present designs in line with category direction
• •Implement the creative vision for the product range
• •Self-manage the creative process according to design languages
• •Execute design work following adidas' visual language and Corporate Identity guidelines
• •Present product ideas and details clearly
• •Facilitate efficient communication between design, marketing, and development teams
• •Ensure proper handover of sketches to development
• •Submit all relevant information for the development process, including sketches and technical drawings
• •Visualize product ideas with a high level of expertise
