- Design and implement big data processing
- Manage database design in cloud environments
- Build pipelines for data ingress and distribution
- Identify efficient technologies for business logic
- Liaise with the DevOps organization for alignment
- Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners
- Implement monitoring and alerting for customer SLAs
- Manage engineering and production cloud costs
- Track and review service level agreements
- Develop tools for productive customer communications
- Evaluate managed services versus self-hosted solutions
