- Familiarity with tools like tcpdump and network traces analysis
- Strong Python skills
- Ability to leverage AI for faster troubleshooting
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
- Open-minded and comfortable in a multicultural environment
- Perseverance in finding root causes
- Ability to think out-of-the-box
