Building end-to-end AI/ML solutions for refractory production, including LLM agent patterns and vector indexes. Production-grade ML systems experience required. Up to 50% home office, flexible hours.

Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience building production-grade ML systems
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
  • Experience with Vector Indexes, Embedding Models, LLM agent patterns, ingestion pipelines, and model serving frameworks
  • Experience with unified data/AI platforms like Databricks
  • Familiarity with writing and debugging LLM tools in OOP python format
  • Focus on Generative AI (prompting, RAG, vector search) and MLOps

Aufgaben

  • Design and build end-to-end AI and ML solutions
  • Deploy ML solutions for critical business processes
  • Shape the future of AI in the refractory industry
  • Develop and maintain ML pipelines for training and deployment
  • Productionize ML models via APIs and batch inference
  • Implement telemetry, A/B testing, drift detection, and automated monitoring
  • Build reliable data preparation and feature engineering components
  • Optimize model training and inference performance
  • Select hardware for optimal model performance
  • Implement caching, vectorization, and quantization
  • Create scalable endpoints for ML models
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD workflows for ML systems
  • Contribute to platform standards and documentation
  • Maintain runbooks for ML systems
