Anforderungen
- Master’s degree (Uni, FH) in computer science or comparable education
- PhD in machine learning related field (plus)
- At least four years of professional/research experience in machine learning after graduation
- Experience implementing machine learning solutions in industry
- Experience in professional services business (advantageous)
- Solid and broad knowledge in machine learning
- In-depth knowledge in application domain (e.g. large language models, computer vision)
- Good knowledge in statistics
- Proficiency in Python machine learning stack (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Experience in software engineering
- Familiarity with database systems (relational/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Understanding of training/operationalizing ML solutions concepts (MLOps, containerization, experiment tracking, data versioning)
- Open and communicative personality
- Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams
- Customer-oriented work approach
- German language skills required
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to apply even if not all requirements are met
