Aufgaben
- Partner with senior leadership to advance P&L objectives
- Originate and evaluate strategic initiatives and improvement projects
- Implement strategic initiatives and M&A activity
- Travel frequently across the Americas region
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from discovery to implementation
- Define project scope and develop detailed plans
- Assign resources and track project milestones
- Ensure on-time delivery of agreed outcomes
- Produce high-quality business cases and executive materials
- Synthesize market, financial, and operational analyses
- Create concise presentations and decision memos
- Facilitate workshops and executive meetings
- Set agendas and drive productive discussions
- Document decisions and monitor follow-up actions
- Perform quantitative analysis and scenario modelling
- Evaluate strategic options and investment opportunities
- Screen M&A targets and build financial models
- Prepare valuation and due diligence materials
- Coordinate external advisors for strategic transactions
- Package recommendations for M&A approval
- Build relationships with regional leaders and corporate functions
- Align priorities with Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations
- Travel to group sites and customer locations
