- Ideally confidence in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Tagetik, SAP S/4HANA
- Commercial mindset, linking financial insights to business performance
- Experience advising management, interacting in international matrix organizations
- Willingness to travel regularly internationally
- Fluent English and German skills

- Oversee reporting processes, policies, and systems.
- Collaborate with worldwide subsidiary finance teams.
- Prepare monthly and annual IFRS financial statements.

- Lead financial reporting.
- Manage processes for actuals.
- Manage processes for forecasting.
- Manage processes for variance analysis.
- Develop integrated reporting systems.
- Create meaningful dashboards.

- Ensure accurate reporting, planning, and cash flow.
- Advise the CFO and executive team.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Prepare decision papers.
- Drive global finance strategy.
- Coach, lead, and develop the team.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects.
- Manage integration of new subsidiaries.
- Oversee M&A activities.
- Develop business plans and strategies.
- Manage strategic investments.
