- Standard computer skills (MS Office)
- SAP knowledge
- QMS knowledge (ideally)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Fluency in another European language (verbal and written)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with 3PLs to process orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Support 3PLs on order and shipment issues
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely information and resolutions
- Monitor allocation, quota, and suspicious orders to manage shortage risks
- Process credit notes, debit notes, and product returns
- Collect and report order-to-cash data
- Set up and update customer data to ensure accuracy
- Run regular checks to maintain customer data accuracy and completeness
- Plan, execute, and document annual customer revalidation
- Log and analyze distribution incidents to optimize operations
- Initiate quality deviations in Veeva QMS for safety and quality issues
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs and work instructions
- Support O2C operational readiness for new country launches and product introductions
- Contribute to global projects for system enhancements and new features
- Identify and implement standardization and optimization opportunities
- Analyze and reduce distribution costs with Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Participate in SLA and performance reviews with logistics providers
