- Continuously improve supply chain using digital and data-driven industry 4.0 standards
- Add long-term value to the organization
- Execute cluster/affiliate Demand Planning meetings
- Align stakeholders on demand management
- Align stakeholders on supply levels
- Align stakeholders on inventory levels
- Develop S&OP process
- Promote S&OP tools cross-functionally
- Ensure consensus forecasts
- Manage supply escalations
- Maintain knowledge of demand management
- Maintain knowledge of replenishment
