- Coordinate cross-functional timelines for trial setup and supply
- Optimize supply chains using simulation techniques
- Suggest study design adjustments during protocol ideation
- Monitor drug supply-related budget planning
- Integrate regulatory and quality requirements into supply plans
- Adopt agile workflows to support stakeholder management
- Align supply activities with the Clinical Development Plan
