- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German
- Familiarity with project management and system support ticketing systems
Aufgaben
- Design and coordinate the implementation of a management accounting and controlling template for Workday Financial Management
- Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance internal cost allocation and performance management processes
- Define the data foundation for internal performance reports, including contribution margin analysis and operational transfer pricing
- Drive variance analysis comparing actual performance against planned or standard metrics
- Support user reporting needs by designing and testing custom reports
- Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Deliver training sessions and guidance to end users for effective system adoption
- Liaise between finance functions, local finance, IT, and vendor teams to facilitate communication and align system updates with business needs
- Ensure management accounting governance during regular operations and reporting deadlines
