- Provide guidance and support to business units.
- Collect, transform, and validate data within deadlines.
- Build expertise in Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Develop knowledge in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Maintain understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Stay updated on functionality and compliance changes.
- Collaborate with the Workday team on cross-application topics.
- Identify test cases and priorities for rollout success.
- Provide Tier 3 financial functional support with Workday Support Team.
- Deliver enhancements and process improvements in expert area.
- Support process development and optimization across departments.
- Act as a sparring partner for internal controls and policies.
