Anforderungen
- Degree in finance, business, economics, data analytics, or related quantitative field
- Progressive experience in FP&A, corporate controlling, or finance business partnering
- Track record of designing, securing, and operating monthly management reporting suites
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Strong proficiency or experience with modern ERP/EPM systems
- Strong plus for data visualization/automation tools (SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar)
- Plus for experiences with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Exceptional analytical skills with eye for detail and data quality
- Ability to establish rigorous data validation frameworks
- Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted, cross-functional relationships internationally
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in German is a distinct advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead and optimize central FP&A processes, including annual planning, long-term budgets, and scenario modeling
- Manage sophisticated rolling forecasts and track performance against plan for global strategic initiatives
- Coordinate performance-monitoring processes across countries within the corporate FP&A framework
- Act as finance business partner to global management and executive stakeholders
- Drive high-quality financial decision-making across international teams
- Challenge strategic assumptions and evaluate complex global business cases
- Ensure operational roadmaps align with AVIV’s financial strategy
- Embed a proactive, partnership-driven finance mindset across international departments
- Support revenue growth and global profitability
- Secure, execute, and improve the monthly management reporting cycle
- Ensure accurate delivery of reports to senior executives, shareholders, and board members
- Package sophisticated, automated monthly performance overviews for top management
- Create strategic financial decks for C-suite decision-making
- Design and embed automated quality checks and validation rules
- Implement data reconciliation logic to ensure financial data integrity
- Partner with data analytics, BI, and data engineering teams
- Build scalable automated data pipelines
- Migrate the department from legacy spreadsheet models to automated enterprise tools
