In this role, you will partner with the Controlling division to provide business management consulting, analyze key performance metrics, and support decision-making processes, ensuring effective management tools and standardized processes are in place.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration
• •Many years of professional experience in controlling environment
• •In-depth expertise in business controlling for sales and marketing
• •Good basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• •Strong IT affinity ideally in combination with SAP knowledge
• •Structured way of working with strong understanding of processes
• •Team spirit, strong communication skills and high social competence
• •Business fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Analyze business management development based on sales, prices, volumes, and margins
• •Prepare, analyze, and report on margin contribution (MC2)
• •Advise global management on decision-making processes using business cases
• •Optimize and enhance key figures and reporting
• •Conduct simulation and scenario calculations, supporting price analyses
• •Prepare ad hoc analyses at the customer and product level
• •Develop and refine management tools for business units
• •Perform transparency checks related to the sales project pipeline
• •Support the establishment of standardized business processes for ERP restructuring
• •Act as Global Key User in controlling for the 'Sales' work stream in the project
