In this role, you will enhance the quality and environmental management systems by conducting audits and driving process improvements. Your daily activities will involve collaborating with various functions and analyzing data to ensure compliance and reliability.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience
• •3-5 years of experience in quality and environmental management systems
• •Experience in leading quality functions and teams
• •Advanced knowledge of quality and statistical tools (SPC)
• •Good knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel, MS Office, ERP systems (Oracle, AX or similar)
• •Good knowledge of reliability standards (MIL, IEC, etc.)
• •Familiarity with environmental management requirements
• •Further training courses in quality and environmental management systems (DGQ, DQS, TÜV or similar)
• •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• •Basic understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards
• •Teamwork and strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and develop the quality management system
• •Plan internal audits to ensure compliance with management standards
• •Conduct internal audits of the management system
• •Plan and lead external audits and assessments
• •Identify process risks using quality methods and risk assessments
• •Drive process improvements in methodology and error analysis
• •Act as an interface to other functions within the organization
• •Support the environmental management system
• •Perform technical error analysis and create customer 8D reports
• •Support the reliability test program
• •Manage and develop quality requirements and related quality tools
• •Plan, prepare, and conduct management reviews
• •Evaluate quality and environmental data for management reports
