Senior Consultant - Wind Advisory(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be a key player in the Wind Advisory team, guiding clients through complex challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing projects, leading tender processes, and fostering a culture of learning within the team.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering in relevant field or related field
• •Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Offshore wind project development, execution, and/or operation
• •Knowledge and understanding of wind project disciplines like design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects
• •Strong project management skills with experience in negotiating complex contracts
• •Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Aufgaben

• •Support and lead project management tasks
• •Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
• •Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• •Conduct technical due diligence for finance transitions
• •Manage technical preparation and coordination of tendering processes
• •Review offers and evaluate technical proposals
• •Support standardization initiatives for technical requirements
• •Provide training and mentorship to project team members
