- Drive platform adoption and ensure renewals
- Support customer growth through strategic account planning and development
- Facilitate business reviews, workshops, and strategy execution trainings
- Share insights with executive stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team
- Influence future platform development and co-create solutions
