- Structured problem-solving skills
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Executive communication skills
- Ability to translate standards into pragmatic roadmaps
- Strong technical literacy in APIs, schemas, and dynamic offers
- Vendor-neutral approach
- Outcome-driven mindset
- Comfort working across cultures
- Readiness for international travel as needed
- University degree in Aviation, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields (advanced degree preferred)
- Excellent English (other languages a plus)
- Curiosity about emerging tech like Agentic AI
Aufgaben
- Shape and grow the MAR consulting service catalogue
- Craft proposals (e.g., Distribution Strategy, MAR Transition)
- Build a pipeline
- Lead client engagements
- Run diagnostics
- Define target architectures (Offers, Orders, Payments)
- Design phased transition roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops on Ancillary Products, Dynamic Offers, and readiness planning
- Manage end-to-end project scope
- Manage project timelines
- Coordinate project stakeholders
- Manage project risks
- Ensure deliverables align with IATA governance and client value
- Collaborate with the Offers & Orders team
- Stay current on standards
- Co-develop proposals
- Contribute to MAR thought leadership (webinars, white papers)
