- Assess and recommend ERP deployment options
- Validate SI-produced solution designs
- Review compliance with SAP best practices
- Oversee integration across all SAP modules
- Prevent siloed or fragmented system implementations
- Define master data ownership and quality
- Lead data migration and cutover sequencing
